When will I receive my order?
These are the estimated times according to Canada Post.
Canada: 2-10 business days
United States: 4-20 business days
Europe: 6-25 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 6-25 business days
Asia Pacific: 6-25 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 6-25 business days
North Africa and the Middle East: 6-25 business days
Is there shipping with tracking?
You have the option to upgrade to tracked shipping during checkout. If you do not purchase tracked shipping, your order will be sent as regular mail via Canada Post which does NOT include tracking. Please keep this in mind when checking out.
By purchasing without tracking, you acknowledge that we cannot be held responsible for lost orders that do not contain tracking.
Our shipping cost factors in the envelope, postage, cellophane bags, freebie and bubble wrap if you order fragile items.
Lost Package
PLEASE PAY FOR TRACKED SHIPPING IF YOU ARE INTERNATIONAL / WORRIED ABOUT RECEIVING YOUR ORDERS.
If your order does not reach you in the time frame stated down below please give it an extra 7 business to return back to me and I will re-ship your order ONCE it comes back to me. PLEASE double check your address upon checking out.

It is past the shipping estimate? What now?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please wait one more week to allow the postal service time to reroute the mail back to me in case it was not deliverable. We will contact you immediately if anything comes back to us! If nothing shows up after that extra week, feel free to send us an email and we will try our best to figure something out with you!
We have a window of 30 days after your latest delivery estimate window to help you with order related issues. Please contact us during this window so that we can assist you! If you do not contact us within this time frame, we may be unable to help due to the amount of time that has passed and post offices not being able to provide any further information.
Standard Shipping
Our shipping costs are flat rate for stickers, which means that whether you order 1 sheet, or 100 sheets, you are paying the same shipping fees. These fees also include costs for your packaging materials so it is not just the amount that you see on the postage.
Since they are considered flat rate fees, there will be no refunds, nor will you be asked to pay extra if your package is particularly heavy and exceeds the regular postage fees.
I used the wrong address!
If you entered the wrong address in your order, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for this so please make sure to double or triple check your shipping information when placing your order!
If you noticed that your address is incorrect after ordering but we have not yet shipped it, please message us on etsy and we will try our best to change the address for you if your order has not left our hands!
I forgot to add the coupon code!
When placing orders, please double check to make sure that you have entered your coupon code. We will not be able to apply codes or discounts to your order after it has been placed.
Current Codes will be posted on our instagram.
Custom and personalised orders
Step 1 - On Etsy.com, go to your Cart. Find the items from the shop you have a promo code for. If you’re buying items from more than one shop, your cart will be divided up by shop.
Step 2 - Click Apply shop coupon codes.
Step 3 - Type or paste the code into the box.
Step 4 - Click Apply.
Your coupon code applies only to the shop that offers that coupon.
